The design sesh took place in march!

1st round of 3D, had many amendments.

This is the 2nd round of 3D, which came in April.

Very close to what we want, just the dimensions is off. The white gold band should be thicker. And the milgraine sld be white gold, not rose gold.

So amazed that all we like is combined into 1! The side milgraine, the middle texture, my yellow diamond and his white diamond, the trio/trilogy concept.

This came in on July.

"Ton amour est aussi précieux que l’or."

Sadly, we are not bringing the rings home today, because i wanted the milgraine details to be in white gold not rose gold. So they are going to replate it. I was thinking if i sld b particular abt it since it looks nice like that, but not gg to compromise. Hahah!

Can you see the leafy texture? It starts where the alternating diamond ends.

When worn!

Thats how i envision myself to wear the rings. The promise ring, the engagement ring and the wedding band.

Side details when worn. 

I love the side of my engagement ring, was telling the man, the diamond tip must sit nicely without ANY gaps. Zero. None. Zilch. The designer had a hard time making it happen i heard. Hahah.

Just went to polish the ring and started the search on our bands. Our hearts are more or less sold to the cartier trinity ring because it represents the past, present and future.

A simple band means its continuity. A twisted rope design means an enduring life together. So i dont get why some will choose the tacky criss cross, twist band kinda design, which i feel looks just like costume jewellery. Maybe they have their own meaning which i dont know la.

So after seeing that ring, i was sold!!

Yes, its not a cartier...

But its 3 bands joined together, inseparable. Still represents the past, present and future.

And we can choose the material, diamond, finishing, side design, carvings, engravings, filigree we love!

Yay! It was all settled today.

I love how our side designs are different but looks the same on top. And how one side is what he wants and one side is what i want. And and not forgetting my yellow diamonds.

Plus its quite cool ah..like some magician ring.

Please forgive me if you have seen it somewhere before. Its my 1st time and i am highly amazed! Hahahah.
